Sellers I Speak The Truth

The real estate market IS getting better for sellers, if they are properly prepared for it.  I am honest, maybe brutally with my sellers and for that I sometimes am rewarded and other times I am disliked.  I always, always ask my potential sellers up front if I can be honest with them and they all say "yes, that's what we want".  However, often when it gets down to it, they don't really mean "yes", they mean "yes, as long as it's what I want to hear".  I can give example after example of I told you so's but that is pointless.  As an experienced real estate agent, my job is to get your home sold for the best price possible in the quickest amount of time possible.  If you cooperate with me and process the data that I give you, you will see the numbers don't lie.  If I say you need new carpet or you need to de-clutter, it is not because I want you to spend money or to give you busy work- it is all in the name of selling your home.
