Selling Spartanburg Homes

It's been a good week so far for selling real estate in my town of Spartanburg, SC.  I have been showing homes like crazy, wrote three offers, have one accepted so far and another one of my listing has gone under contract!  After the post summer lull, all of this real estate business is making me one happy camper.  I am the kind of person that prefers to look for the silver lining, the glass to be half full, to see the light at the end of the tunnel and so on.  This is my 10th year selling residential real estate and while our job is a lot tougher now than it used to be, I have been known to enjoy a challenge.  While we may still be years away from a recovery in the real estate market, I am completely content to continue to do this job that I love.  The day it stops being fun is the day I will hang up my hat and I won't let all of this bad economy news, real estate bubble burst, naysayers bring me down!  I have said it time and time again, I LOVE SELLING REAL ESTATE!!!  I get to meet people and remain friends with them for years that I never would have had the opportunity to meet before.  It is exciting to figure people out when sometimes they don't even know what they want- again with the challenge.  If you know anyone who is house hunting in the Boiling Springs or Spartanburg, SC area...tell them to give me a call/text 864-205-SOLD (7653) or email me stacey@staceymatsuda.com .  I promise to be the most authentic real estate agent they could ever wish for.  Have a truly amazing day, I know I am going to!
